Job Description

Troon Corporate headquarters located in Scottsdale, Arizona is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a Staff Accountant. Key Responsibilities: Process daily files from banks and ensure proper recording of bank activity. Prepare and post journal entries to the General Ledger. Responsible for the daily & monthly reconciliation of multiple Company bank accounts. Includes analyzing and resolving discrepancies between company records and bank records by following up on incorrect items and escalating any exceptions as necessary. Perform other month end close related duties as assigned and assist in the implementation of process improvements. Provides support to Controllership, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A related to various domestic and international accounting projects as needed. Qualifications: Ability to prioritize and balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy. Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Associate's degree with equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree in accounting preferred. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; moderate to strong Excel skills preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills a must. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or a comparable ERP system a plus.
