Their talented work across a diverse portfolio of projects from hotels to retail, leisure and residential projects. They have developed a strong network of clients, contractors and other professionals and have earnt an excellent reputation for their creative designs. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and thriving practice in Trafford, who offer regular CPD opportunities and a mix of exciting projects. The successful Architectural Technician will have several years of post-qualification experience, being well versed in ArchiCAD ideally, with experience working commercial projects and excellent technical detailing abilities. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician: HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology or related subject Several years of post-qualification experience in a UK based Architectural Practice Experience working on commercial projects of varying scales ArchiCAD experience is advantageous Excellent technical detailing and drawings Confident liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Produce high quality, accurate tender and construction packages Able to hit the ground running, working independently Motivated for continued professional development Keen to input to company success Excellent attentiveness to detail Live locally to Trafford Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
