Chef de Partie - Lymington, £29,000 - Guaranteed tips - package around £32-33k A beautiful, privately owned, boutique hotel based in Lymington are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to run a section as this lovely boutique hotel that cooks to Rosette Rated levels. The role will be running a section in the kitchen either starters/sauce or mains. This role has scope to work under a talented Exec Chef and to really progress your career in a great kitchen using great fresh, local produce. Key info: Location: Lymington Hours: 5/7 days, 45 hours all overtime paid, shifts will be 11am-9pm with an hour break.
