This venue is well known for its fabulous dining experiences and elegant event spaces. The Assistant Lounge Manager will have as their main responsibility to assist in the day-to-day operations running of a popular afternoon tea lounge, ensuring the service provided is remarkable. You will develop, implement and monitor sales, service and the operational systems used to provide a seamless guest experience.
