Managing late check-ins, early check-outs, and reservations. Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues during the night. Monitoring and maintaining security standards during overnight hours. Managing phone calls and emails professionally. Preparing administrative reports and coordinating with the day team to ensure a seamless handover. Requirements: Previous experience as a hotel receptionist, ideally in a night shift capacity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional during overnight hours. Flexible and fully available for night shifts as required. Proficiency in basic computer systems and booking software.
