This Hotel is surrounded by glorious countryside and is in an affluent area. The Hotel combines the romance and charm of a Grade I listed house, with all the comforts of contemporary living. This Surrey Hotel extends this philosophy to its food, offering a modern dining restaurant, open every day serving the best of the local produce. They offer an impressive traditional afternoon tea as well as functions and corporate events The Role: · The right Head Chef should be motivated and creative, have a passion for fresh food, be hardworking and a strong team leader · As Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating fresh, seasonal menus for all food outlets, and working closely with the senior management team. · You will be responsible for training and mentoring junior members of the brigade. Skills Required: · The ideal Head Chef will have a real passion for high level cuisine and fantastic food presentation. · Be a strong leader and innovative with concepts and ideas. · Have knowledge of Menu Completion, Stock control and Rotas · You must have proven previous Head Chef experience within a Hotel and fresh food. Driver is essential due to location, however live in accommodation can be provided for the right applicant
