Position: Restaurant General Manager - Part of Independent, Multi-Award-Winning Restaurants Location: Stratford-Upon-Avon Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per year, plus tips valued at 10% of salary, along with benefits as part of a major hotel and restaurant group. Plan and develop wine and cocktail menus, ensuring they align with seasonal dishes and are cost-effective. Manage booking systems and ensure operational excellence. You are: Experienced: You've excelled in a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Knowledgeable: You hold a WSET Level 2 certification (minimum) and possess a strong understanding of wine and beverage programs.
