As a Spa Therapist, you will provide exceptional customer service and offer a wide range of spa treatments to guests, ensuring they have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide Spa Treatments- including massages, treatments and holistic therapies Guest Focus- Create tailored treatments, products, and services that would best benefit guests their skin type, body condition, and offer an overall unforgettable experience Maintain Professional Standards- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of both guests and staff. Team Collaboration- Work effectively with other therapists and the spa management team to ensure the smooth operation of the spa Requirements: Qualifications- Certification or diploma in spa therapy, massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field. Proven experience as a spa therapist or in a similar role (e.g., holistic therapies, massage therapist). Knowledge of wellness trends, holistic therapies, and new treatment techniques. Experience working in a luxury hotel or resort spa setting.
