This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape the success of a prestigious culinary brand. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and optimise the restaurant’s performance independently. Utilise your experience in mobilising new restaurant openings to ensure a smooth and successful launch. Recruit, lead, and inspire a dedicated restaurant team through the opening phase and thereafter. Assist in the delivery and upskilling of team members, preparing them for the restaurant’s opening and ongoing success. Manage daily operations, maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. Demonstrate strong financial acumen, focusing on cost efficiency and effective financial management. Work closely with the Operations Manager and Operations Director, actively participating in P&L meetings and strategizing to enhance operational effectiveness. Collaborate with the HR team to communicate and implement company policies and people strategies, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. Prioritise Health and Safety, ensuring the restaurant meets and exceeds regulatory standards through rigorous protocols and regular inspections.
