Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, maintaining company policies and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations in the General Managers absence Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, handling challenges professionally, and fostering a positive atmosphere among staff Work across all site areas (bar, floor, cellar, kitchen, and office) to uphold best practices, identify areas for improvement, and share insights with the team Assist with office administration tasks as directed by the General Manager, ensuring all processes meet company standards Collaborate with marketing to stay informed on current promotions and drive customer engagement through social media and other channels Contribute to financial targets by managing stock processes, cost control, and staff training to enhance service quality Job Type - Permanent INDPERM AMRT1_UKCT
