Quantity Surveyor - London & Essex PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a medium sized main contractor based in London/Essex. Our client cover commercial, education, hotel, retail & leisure and residential schemes from £2million to £100million in value. Job role: Quantity Surveyor Salary: £55k - £65k package Duration: Permanent Location: London & Essex Quantity Surveyor responsibilities: Prepare tender and contract documents Estimate material quantities, costs, labour, etc Undertake cost analysis Arrange payments and value completed works Liaising with client and running meetingsKnowledge and skills: Strong communication skills Ability to work under pressure ans use own initiative Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Management role Knowledge of construction and commercial awareness Main contractor commercial experienceTo apply please submit your CV and our team will contact you
