Chef de Partie

Prime are looking for a enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team. The right candidate would be dedicated, hardworking and passionate about cooking with great locally sourced fresh produce. A great opportunity for a current Chef de Partie to develop and progress their career or an experienced Commis Chef to take the next step in developing their skills. We are a leading independent restaurant group with extensive training and development programmes. Responsibilities include: -Prepare, cook and present dishes within your section, according to specification. -Assist other sections of the kitchen in the production and service of food and the cleaning down of the section as and when required. -Be an excellent communicator. -Ability to follow health and safety procedures. -Be able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. -Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail and a drive for excellent standards.
