Performance Engineer (m/f/d)

YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS Develop, coordinate, and conduct technical reliability studies using statistical control procedures. Develop, maintain, and utilize analysis tools to evaluate fleet performance and identify deviations and failures in the operating behavior of plant equipment and systems. Perform and communicate analysis of fleet performance and main component reliability, including power curve efficiency, degradations, and curtailments. Work with regional operation teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational problems identified through performance analysis. Analyze the performance of service points (SAP booking speed and booking quality, etc.). Propose improvement actions and coordinate implementation together with local teams. Determine and monitor KPI. Critical analysis of data. Data projections and forecast of availability figures. Report findings to different departments such as technical support, management, and local. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE 3 years of professional experience in the renewable sector will be beneficial. Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in the wind power or renewable energy sector. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Proficiency in at least one data analysis tool such as Python, R, VBA, SQL, DAX. Office suite professional experience in Word, Excel, and PowerBI. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good level of spoken and written English. Interest in data analysis and creative data reporting, curious mindset and solution thinking.
