What you can expect from us: As an intern consultant, you will immerse yourself in a diverse range of consulting missions for our key clients across various sectors, including industry, finance, retail, and the public sector. We work with both SMEs and CAC 40 companies. The projects you will be involved in will cover a wide range of Data Management activities : Data Strategy, data quality management, Master Data management, data cataloging and modeling, BI & Analytics initiatives, and support for data projects. These capabilities are interdependent, allowing our consultants to develop skills across the various components of data governance. Your missions: Contribute to the definition and implementation of an organization’s Data Strategy. Deploy and operationalize the data governance framework. Create/redesign the Data & Metadata Architecture. Leverage GenAI to enhance data governance practices. Audit the data maturity of an organization. Manage data quality, metadata, master data, and security. Support the deployment of structuring data initiatives (Data Mesh, Data Marketplace). Facilitate change management, training, and employee awareness. Etc. What we expect from you: Proficiency in English and French in a professional context. Knowledge of the main capabilities of data governance (DMBoK). Technical skills to manipulate and analyze data. Aptitude for analysis and understanding of business processes and needs. Mastery of data management and governance topics, in collaboration with key stakeholders such as Data Office, business contacts, Data Factory, Data Platform, etc. Knowledge and potential experience with data visualization or data management tools (DQM, MDM, Data catalog, etc.). Ability to integrate into a client intervention team and actively collaborate with various stakeholders. Knowledge in data modeling and visualization. Desired education, skills, and experiences: University degree or engineering/business school (preferably Bac 5). Ability to understand and address data-related issues. Proactivity in developing solutions. Results-oriented with a focus on solving business challenges. Autonomy, pragmatism, and responsiveness. Listening, analytical, synthesis, and presentation skills. Team spirit and relational skills. Interest in facilitating workshops. Ability to simplify complex topics according to the audience.
