Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Land Acquisition Manager to lead efforts in identifying, evaluating, and securing land opportunities for our homebuilding operations in Myrtle Beach, SC. This role requires expertise in market analysis, deal negotiation, and building strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate land acquisition opportunities aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research and financial feasibility studies to assess potential sites.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and ensure timely contract execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align acquisitions with development objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, and municipal officials.
• Manage due diligence, entitlements, and approvals for land acquisitions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in land acquisition, preferably in residential homebuilding.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Understanding of market trends, zoning laws, and land use regulations.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office Suite.
