Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Vermillion Law in our Maryville and Knoxville offices (eventually will be full time in either office). The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for answering and directing phone calls during business hours from 8am-5pm (Monday - Friday), greeting clients, conducting client intake, clerical duties, marketing assistance, communication with staff and attorneys, and general client service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Happy, friendly, professional manner with clients and colleagues
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• College degree required or 4 years of professional office experience
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

• Valid TN Driver license and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and manner
• Two professional references from previous employer(s)
• Ability to pass drug and background checks
