Job Description
We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep Charlecote Park in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place.
Hours: 975 hours a year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
2 week working pattern which involves working 3 days (16 hours) one week and 4 days (21.5 hours) the next (37.5 hours over a 2 week period). Shifts start at 8am. The role will involve working weekends, currently this is 1 in 3.
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £11.64 an hour
Interview date: 23rd and/ or 24th January 2025

What it's like to work hereOverlooking the river Avon on the edge of Shakespeare’s Stratford, Charlecote Park has been part of this corner of rural Warwickshire for centuries. Today the house is still run by the Lucy family and has been in the family for 900 years where it has been filled with treasures of European travels. Outside the parkland, inspired by ‘Capability’ Brown is home to herds of Jacob sheep and fallow deer.
Click here for more information about this location What you'll be doingAs the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Charlecote Park operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), preparing meeting rooms and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.
