Housekeeper

HOME is on a mission to redefine the standards of in-house services for residents of skyscrapers. Residents are embedded into the heart of any major city, yet their services remain on the ground. It's time this changed. HOME is the sole in-house partner for 35 residential towers across Manchester City Centre. We take considerable care in delivering a suite of exclusive services that include Laundry & Dry Cleaning, Minibar, Housekeeping all performed by our dedicated team, ensuring the highest quality and integrity. Duties: Room Preparation and Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms for new arrivals, which includes making beds, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, dusting, and cleaning windows and mirrors. Bathroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize bathrooms in each unit, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, counters, and sinks. Replenishing Amenities: Restock guest rooms with necessary supplies such as towels, toiletries, toilet paper, and bedding. Laundry Services: Collect linens and guest laundry. This includes sheets, towels, blankets, and occasionally guest clothing (no washing required). Check Room Inventory: Ensure all items in the room are present and in working order, such as appliances, lamps, and TVs. Report any damages or malfunctions to the maintenance team. Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring that all rooms are hygienic and safe for guest use. Teamwork: Work closely with other HOME staff, including maintenance, front desk, and management, to ensure a seamless and pleasant guest experience. Minibar / Fridge stocking: As required, will deliver Minibar items to apartments.
