Senior Project Manager Esst Anglia Up to £65,000 Construction Consultancy A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, based in East Anglia and kent Project Manager to join their team. The successful Senior Project Manager will be joining a strong, close knit team who work in a variety of private sectors About the role: The successful Project Manager will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. This will initially be on commercial, Hotels and Residential projects but with a strong pipeline, there is potential to diversify. The role would ideally suit someone with a proven track record in similar sectors of industry. The role will vary from bespoke one off projects, large collaborative schemes and account managing for a long term, high profile client. The successful Project Manager will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company . About the requirements: The successful Project Manager needs to have extensive experience of managing a range of projects in a variety of sectors and ideally in some experience in Commercial, Hotels and Residential. 5-10 years experience. Capable of managing a very demanding client. A balance of working on new build and refurbishment would be ideal. Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.
