Location-This is a travelling, field-based role covering Hampshire region and the surrounding area, typically within a 1.5-hour radius. To support a healthy work-life balance, were looking for candidates within a reasonable commute of our farm in Sutton Scotney: Upper Norton Farm, Sutton Scotney, Hampshire, S021 3QF. Youll be on the road in one of our mid-sized vans, so a full UK driving licence and confident driving experience are essential. Our vans are fully equipped to ensure safe and comfortable journeys.

This isnt your standard 9-to-5Our reps work 40 hours across 5 days, with weekends (inclusive of bank holidays) and longer days on the road often being part of the adventure. Theres also the expectation of occasional travel further afield, including overnight stays when needed always with notice. Weekends are prime time for events and the perfect opportunity to welcome new Riverford customers.

Our sales reps hit the road in our iconic Live Life On The Veg vans, travelling to locations right on your doorstep and others that are worth the road trip. Youll find them popping up at local train stations, on the high street, farmers markets, and major foodie events!

Youll set up eye-catching stands and dive into conversations with anyone and everyone about cooking, food shopping, and how our 100% organic seasonal produce could fit into their lives.

With uncapped commission, your hard work really pays off the more you put in, the more youll see in return.
