The Associate Building Surveyors' role This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor to take on a leadership role, managing projects and mentoring team members while driving business development initiatives. The successful Associate Building Surveyor will oversee the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, retail, and hospitality ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion. Key responsibilities will include; managing and mentoring a team of surveyors, building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business and leading business development efforts to secure new projects and expand the consultancy's market presence.
