Our client is recruiting a Deputy Restaurant Manager for their award winning all day restaurant at this luxury property. This is an opportunity for an existing Restaurant Manager with experience ideally in a luxury 4* -5* hotel. You will provide and run service for relaxed all dining dining and afternoon tea for residents and non residents including the terrace in summer months.

The Person -

• Luxury 4 or 5* Hotel experience essential
• Steady work history
• Excellent training and team development skills
• Attention to detail
• Immaculate presentation
• Good working knowledge of wines
