My client is seeking a driven Commercial Property Lawyer to join their esteemed Brighton office. The firm has well-established relationships with developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and a diverse range of real estate sectors, including offices, retail, leisure, hotels, and industrial properties - whether for investment, development, or occupation. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload encompassing developments, refinances, acquisitions, lease drafting/negotiation, and partner reporting. With robust training programmes and a dedicated support team, this position is an excellent opportunity to enhance your legal expertise and develop invaluable skills in commercial property and development.
