Job Description
Michael Page is delighted to partner with our key client to recruit a Financial Controller. The FC will work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership and their team to drive robust financial performance through rigorous analysis and insight of past, current and future performance and plans. You will lead with energy to support the changing needs of the business through adapting and embedding agreed processes, controls and continuous improvement.

Our client is a Global Hospitality Business based in Glasgow. This will be a Hybrid role with occasional travel UK Wide.
Description
The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:
Oversee the financial operations across the region
Prepare and present accurate financial reports
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Implement financial strategies to support business growth
Collaborate with senior management on budget planning and forecasting
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure optimal performance
Building relationships through business partnering activities.
Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems
Liaise with auditors, tax professionals, and other stakeholdersProfile
This successful candidate will likely have the following profile:
Proven exp in a similar role within the Hospitality industry
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
Exceptional communication and presentation skillsJob Offer
This role will offer a competitive salary between £55,000-£60,000 plus excellent benefits
