Sous Chef Location: Midhurst Salary: £38,000 Bee Happy are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a smooth culinary process. Responsibilities: Supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking activities Assist in menu planning and development Oversee food production to maintain quality standards Collaborate with the Head Chef to create innovative dishes Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adherence to hygiene regulations Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff Requirements: Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant kitchen environment Proficient in various cooking techniques and food preparation methods Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff Knowledge of kitchen operations, equipment, and culinary best practices A passion for culinary arts and creativity in menu development Qualification in Culinary Arts or relevant field is advantageous Candidates must hold a valid driving license for this role
