Building Surveyor

Your new company A part of a larger business with a turnover £180 million, you will be working as part of the building consultancy team. Based in Manchester, you will be working in a great team environment alongside quantity surveyors, project managers and other building surveyors. The office is easily accessible via public transport but also offers limited parking at the office. Your new role A building surveyor working towards your RICS chartership. In this role you will be working in an office of 200 people with the building surveying team of 7 nationally. Recently, the team worked onBarratt Homes commercial offices, retail work for American golf, hotels, £3 million shed extension and £3 million listed barn renovation.
