Job Description

Description:

  • Revenue & Invoicing Tracking: Monitor and track revenue and invoicing recognition progress to ensure alignment with forecasts. Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure the acceptance schedule is on track and that any discrepancies are addressed. Assist in closing backlog contracts to ensure timely revenue recognition.
  • Risk Management & Mitigation: Lead risk self-assessments, identify potential operational risks, and implement mechanisms to track and resolve these risks. Manage assumptions effectively, ensure internal controls are in accordance to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality operations framework. Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure that KPIs are met. Advocate for process optimization to maintain high quality and productivity levels.
  • Employee Training Arrangement: Coordinate and implement employee empowerment and training programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
  • Team Building & Engagement: Organize cultural, recreational, and team-building activities to promote employee engagement and strengthen team cohesion. Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
