We are looking forward to getting to know you and soon welcome you as part of our team as: Senior Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d) YOUR MAIN TASKS: Business development in Italy and other feeder markets Closing contracts and increasing share of TO, Networks and travel agencies Focus on acquiring new partners in Leisure (niche and premium agencies) as well as expansion of the booking link landscape Finding new partners for Incentives and Sports groups (summer and winter) out of the Italian market and the feeder market you will be responsible for Pro-active Key Account Management (total account management) and strategic client management in order to achieve sales targets and generate new business, including the negotiation and closing of contracts with main TOs, MICE agencies and Networks Organization & participation at events, sales trips, calls and fam trips Representation at local, regional and international fairs, workshops and events in Italy and abroad (according to the market of which you are responsible for) Positioning of new properties on the Italian market and close cooperation with hotels to understand their strategy Increase Market Share from Italy and assigned other international markets to the Falkensteiner Hotels Secure Data Quality to drive meaningful and smart campaigns to increase overall revenue WHO YOU ARE: Minimum 5 Years experience within the 4 and 5 star Hotel business in a sales position Experience in Strategic Account Management Excellent knowledge of Italy as Feeder Market Fluency in Italian and English; German is a plus Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel & PowerPoint) A structured working style combined with analytical capabilities will help to set priorities Good negotiation skills Pro-active attitude and “can-do”-spirit Project management experience Good presentation Skills WHAT WE OFFER: Salary in line with the Italian market Ticket restaurants when based in Milano office Career and development opportunities in a growing hotel group Opportunities to participate in a dynamic working environment A wide range of training and further education opportunities internal and external Enjoy your holiday in the best hotels with us at attractive conditions Opportunities to help shape the future in a dynamic and open working environment Further benefits can be found here: https://www.falkensteiner.com/en/employerbenefits Place of work: Milano Head Office, Via Borgogna 2, IT-20122 Milano If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail: monika.sledzfalkensteiner.com Please apply exclusively via the "Apply for this job" button.
