We are currently looking for an experienced Guest Services Assistant for a luxury hotel located in Ascot. . The Guest Services Assistant will be responsible for welcoming guests on arrival and making them feel at home. Theyll also assist guests with any needs they have and communicate your expert knowledge on hotel facilities.

• Basic salary of £25,000 per annum

The Guest Services Assistant will have:

• Your unique personality and passion to the role and the team
• Have a talent for welcoming guests and building a relationship with them
• Have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic
• Ideally have experience using the PMS system, Opera
• Be excellently presented at all times
• FULL CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE
