Conrad Consulting is delighted to be supporting a valued client of ours in their search for an Associate Director from a professional quantity surveying background, based in the City Centre of Edinburgh.

The newly appointed Associate Director will be able to work on a number of projects, including but not limited to Commercial, Hotels, Affordable/Social Housing.

The selected applicant will be required to lead the team in Edinburgh and act on any prospective business growth opportunities with complete autonomy.

Requirements of the Associate Director.

  • Come from a PQS background and a minimum of 10 years experience in this environment.
  • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
  • Significant exposure to private and public-sector clients as well as solid working relationships
  • Ability to supervise and train less experienced employees
  • A track record of growing and securing repeat and new business.
  • Service delivery and solid technical capabilities

On offer for the Associate Director:

  • The position has a very attractive salary of between 75,000 - 80,000
  • Defined progression to Director based on performance.
  • Pension contribution of 5%
