Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:

• Experienced in hotel kitchens, conference, and banquet catering
• Background in handling high-volume events with consistent quality
• Longevity in previous roles, demonstrating commitment and reliability
• Skilled in preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Comfortable adapting to varying responsibilities, including occasional breakfast cover
• Passionate about maintaining a collaborative kitchen atmosphere

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

• Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards in line with the menu
• Supporting event catering for conferences, banquets, and weddings
• Assisting with menu planning and maintaining inventory levels
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean workspace
• Working collaboratively with a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Covering breakfast shifts when necessary, during team absences
