Job Description Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact via telephone, e-mail and in-person meetings. Manage event bookings using the in-house system, creating written confirmations and function sheets. Liaise with clients to obtain accurate event details and establish requirements, identifying how the hotel can meet their needs. Respond to all M&E enquiries promptly, in-line with company standards. Maximise sales, occupancy and revenue by up-selling equipment, F&B and relevant hotel facilities. Compile and distribute accurate function sheets, discussing with Operations Team as required. Work collaboratively to achieve department objectives and budget. Demonstrate flexibility to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work as business requires. Ensure brand standards are consistently met and revenue is maximised.
