As a key member of the service team, you will ensure the highest standard of service delivery, create memorable dining experiences, and uphold the reputation of Villa Eden as a premier destination. Key Responsibilities: Provide impeccable table service in line with Villa Eden’s standards of excellence. Guide and mentor Commis de Rang team members, ensuring seamless coordination during service. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, creating personalized and memorable dining experiences. Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, order, and aesthetic appeal. Assist in menu presentations, explaining dishes and beverage pairings to guests.
