The Role

• Actively source, attract, and shortlist candidates using various platforms, including job boards and social media.
• Craft, post, and update job adverts, efficiently managing candidate applications and responses.
• Build and nurture relationships with both candidates and clients, primarily via phone, understanding their needs and goals.
• Qualify candidates through an effective screening process, ensuring suitability for client requirements.
• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities to expand client partnerships.
