Breakfast Chef

Aynsome Manor, part of the Sedgwick Scott Group, is seeking a Breakfast Chef to create exceptional breakfast experiences for guests. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, adhering to guest dietary requirements, and managing the standard / statutory kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast for up to 32 covers, ensuring consistency and quality
• Manage kitchen stock levels and prepare orders as needed
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance in the kitchen, with all processes followed
• Train the front-of-house team on the breakfast dishes and their stories
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as a Breakfast Chef in a 4-star or higher establishment
• A passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge/certificates in food safety and hygiene regulations
• Excellent communication and team player skills
