I have a brand new concept Restaurant & Bar, looking for highly experienced Sous Chefs.

Proficient in all things Mediterranean, cooking from Fressh

As a Sous Chef

• Right hand Senior Sous Chef to the Head Chef - £38k
• Sous Chef £34k
• Junior Sous Chef £30k
• Able to run service / assist in Head Chef absence
• Have a background in Mediterranean cooking, or from classical French rosette standard
• Able to teach, mentor & train the team members
• Have an exemplary work ethic
• Be a real Team player

The Person

• At least 5yrs Sous Chef experience for Senior Sous from a fine dine establishment
• 2yrs experience as a Sous for the Sous Chef position - must be from a restaurant background
• Fast paced Restaurant, Catering background
• As a Sous Chef be able to cook produce from scratch
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to manage a small team
• Can step in and lead service when required
• 100% reliable
