Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef de Rang to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the service team, you will ensure the highest standard of service delivery, create memorable dining experiences, and uphold the reputation of Villa Eden as a premier destination. Key Responsibilities: Provide impeccable table service in line with Villa Eden’s standards of excellence. Guide and mentor Commis de Rang team members, ensuring seamless coordination during service. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, creating personalized and memorable dining experiences. Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, order, and aesthetic appeal. Assist in menu presentations, explaining dishes and beverage pairings to guests. Handle guest feedback with professionalism, addressing concerns promptly and courteously. Contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas for enhancing service quality. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Rang or similar role in fine dining or luxury hospitality. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine pairing and menu presentation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English, German, Italian Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
