Our research is aimed at professionals with the innate ability to be impeccable "hosts", to offer excellent service, combining spontaneity, personalization and compliance with operational standards. A distinctive presence on the Italian hospitality scene, Lungarno Collection has luxury addresses in the most desirable districts of Florence, Rome and Milan. The brand Lungarno Collection was launched in 1995 as a hotel management company owned by the Ferragamo family. Each hotel has its own personality, drawing inspiration from urban culture, history and style to create highly personal experiences highlighted by elegance, striking design and attentive service. The profile will take care in particular of the guests welcoming in the serviced apartments, ensuring a high-level service. Offering an attentive and personalised service, the Hospitality Ambassador will oversee the check-in and check-out, Guest Relation and Conciergerie process. Requirements: • Previous experience of at least two years in the Hospitality industry. • Fluent knowledge of the Italian and English language; the knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus. • Multitasking ability. • Knowledge of the Opera system. • Team work orientated. • Knowledge of the city of Florence. • Availability to shift work and flexibility; the night shift is not included. It also requires passion, energy, attitude to smile, perseverance, desire to grow professionally and sense of elegance.
