The profile will take care in particular of the guests welcoming in the serviced apartments, ensuring a high-level service. Offering an attentive and personalised service, the Hospitality Ambassador will oversee the check-in and check-out, Guest Relation and Conciergerie process. Requirements: • Previous experience of at least two years in the Hospitality industry. • Fluent knowledge of the Italian and English language; the knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus. • Multitasking ability. • Knowledge of the Opera system. • Team work orientated. • Knowledge of the city of Florence. • Availability to shift work and flexibility; the night shift is not included.
