Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong relationships with key clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. To work as an office based BDR for customers and prospects. This will involve working as a support function for the BDMs in the day to day management, development and growth of customers in the area. Telesales, appointment making, account management and visit follow up.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the account.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience and drive sales.
- Proactively make outbound calls to customers, create and send quotes/proposals, and quote follow up.
Sales Growth:
- Actively seek out opportunities to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proactively generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals with both new and existing customers.
Sales Generation:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries through calls, emails, and other channels, providing potential customers with product information and pricing.
- Proactively make outbound calls to leads and prospects, introducing the company’s products and services and qualifying potential customers.
- Assist in identifying new sales opportunities by researching potential customers and industries.
- Book appointments on a weekly basis for the BDM
- Work as a support function for the BDM and work in conjunction with them to hit sales target.
Lead Management & Conversion:
- Maintain an active pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to convert leads into sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to pass qualified leads for further development or closing.
- Assist in closing smaller deals or direct sales with a focus on maximizing revenue.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records of client activities.
- Deliver timely follow-ups, maintain a strong communication flow, and ensure excellent post-sale service.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide clients with informed, value-added insights.
- Provide product demonstrations and solutions to address customer requirements and enhance their business.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer support, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account status, and market trends.
- Provide forecasting and input into overall sales strategies.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the Hospitality Industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop targeted sales strategies.
- 1-3 Years Sales Account Management Experience
