High-End Leisure & Hospitality Project Director (Client-Side)

Location: London / Hybrid Working

Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 Per Annum + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • End-to-End Project Oversight: Direct all project stages from inception to completion, maintaining a focus on quality and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, site managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure high standards of safety across all operations, preparing and overseeing Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
  • Design & Execution: Lead pre-start meetings, oversee design coordination, and ensure snag-free installations.
  • Financial Accountability: Track budgets, manage invoicing, and finalise accounts in collaboration with company directors.


Qualifications & Experience


Essential:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager, preferably in high-end residential or leisure commercial developments managing fit out.
  • Proven expertise in managing all project phases, including pre-construction, development, bid/award, and close-out.
  • Strong proficiency in construction drawings, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with local and national building regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a results-driven mindset.


Desirable:


  • Experience in refurbishment and fit-out projects, particularly in Spa, Leisure, Residential, or Retail sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Membership or interest in professional bodies (e.g., MRICS, APM).
