The Marine HR Department
The Marine HR Department is playing a critical role in ensuring that our organization have a skilled and competent workforce to support our operations.
We arrange and coordinate all aspects relative to Worksite Personnel being employed, paid, appointed, joining and leaving Client Worksites, all in accordance with the company Quality Management System and associated work processes and client specific requirements

What You’ll Do
- Increase in the new business in luxury cruise, this position is needed to induct Marine and Hotel crew needs ensuring timely rotation schedules.
- Recruiting and Screening officers and crew as per requirements
- Source candidates for open positions from all manning agencies and crew portals
- Arrange interviews of shortlisted prospective candidates with Technical/ Marine as per company’s selection criteria for specific vessels for new inductions and promotions.
- Properly screen candidates with emphasis on the importance of the English language
- Ensure officers have the required certification and documentation for their respective positions onboard, including authentication and verification of COC and CDC.
- Review direct incoming application, thereby eliminating costs related to utilizing manning agencies whenever possible.
- Maintain good communication with Clients, manning agencies and other AE offices.
- Predictive Index management, Social Media management for Recruitment
- Other duties as needed.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
3 years’ experience in a reputable cruise manning company / recruitment agency.
