Babysitter wanted for childcare in Richmond

Im looking for somebody who could be my second set of hands. Some of the duties include Helping with the baby 10m old in the morning for massage/bath/diaper change etc. Helping with house chores (cleaning) Helping with cooking (most important) I am flexible with things help can or cant do with the baby but I do need another set of hands in the house and a reliable one. My baby n I had my mom all throughout these 9m but she leaves soon and lo is at crawling/walking stage so cant be left alone even for a few mins (not even in pack n play) and cooking with carrier on doesnt help either now as she is very active in grabbing anything that is in her way. Start date : beginning of January. Mon - Fri : 7:30 (3hrs) (Need help maybe for a few weeks to May be a month) Requirements: person needs to speak English or Hindi Female only. Willing to come to Richmond Willing to give a hand in all chores specially cooking
