We are currently recruiting fora MICE - Entertainment to join Edwardian Hotels London.

Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to jointhe Sales Team at Edwardian Hotels London as a Sales Manager - MICE.

• This role is responsible for the proactive, strategic and efficient management of direct and 3rd-party account portfolio associated with MICE in line with commercial objectives and revenue growth targets.

• This position will entail day-to-day business relationships with clients, both management and bookers, and business development of new client relationships.
• This role will lead and manage all sales activities linked to their account portfolio. Accountable for their personal efficiency in planning and conducting sales initiatives, with the goal of optimising deliverables and providing strong rationale to recommendations.

• You will beresponsible for achieving a year-on-year increase in revenue from 3rd-party account portfolio associated with MICE, to enhance profitability of contracted business at Edwardian Hotels London.

• Responsible for expanding the network of contacts and bookers, monitoring competition and working on increasing the share of wallet for Edwardian Hotels London from each of the accounts they manage.

• Identifying, qualifying, developing and contracting new accounts, developing a strong revenue pipeline from their account portfolio to the EHL properties with a longer view (6-9-12-18-24 months) and in line with business requirements; they will be accountable for leveraging business relations in aiding conversion of the prioritised business opportunities.

About You:

• You will have proven experience in a similar role with a good understand of the MICE market.

• You will be at ease with building relationship and be an effective communicator.

• You will be able to read and analyse business analytical data with a view to forming a strategic future plan for your segment

• You will be confident to work under pressure in a high volume environment.

• You will ensure that you have profound knowledge of our hotels and all of their facilities to be able to provide the highest service levels.
