Sous chef & Chef de partie - live in

Various permanent chef de partie & sous chef positions across the North East for a range of Hotels, Gastro Pubs and Restaurants. All are full time, many with live in & all are permanent contracts.

Position 1: JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - nr HEXHAM (live in)

• Junior sous chef required for a Restaurant between Newcastle and Hexham, this restaurant serves Mediterranean dishes, Junior sous chef £15 per hour on 40 hours (FULL TIME PERM ROLE) and this role will turn into a Senior Sous chef role within the next 3-6 months. Live in available. This is fresh food and more pasta style dishes.

position 2: CHEF DE PARTIE - MORPETH (live in)

• Chef de partie required for a kitchen in the Morpeth area, this is a fresh food kitchen, £30-31k plus tips, fresh food kitchen

position 3: CHEF DE PARTIE - DURHAM (live in)

• Chef de partie near to Durham for a kitchen, fresh food, live in available. The food is of a good standard, £31-32k

position 4: SOUS CHEF - NORTHUMBRIA (live in)

• Sous chef required for a gastro pub in Northumberland, this is a destination kitchen with many regulars travelling to it. £36-39k

position 5: CHEF DE PARTIE - nr NEWCASTLE

• Chef de partie required in for a kitchen in the Newcastle area, it is about 25 min drive out of newcastle, fresh food. free gym membership. This could turn into a junior sous chef role. 30k

position 6: SOUS CHEF - DARLINGTON

• Sous chef required for a events and wedding venue, fresh food, 42k. parking on site.

position 7: CHEF DE PARTIE - NORTHUMBRIA (live in)

• Chef de partie required, fresh food kitchen, about 40 mins from Newcastle, live in available onsite. £30-32k, you will love the meats they use

position 8: CHEF DE PARTIE - nr HEXHAM (live in & 4 day week)

• Chef de partie required for a kitchen near Hexham for a fresh food kitchen in the Hexham area, they have live in at only £60 per week. £31-32k salary plus tips. 4 day week

position 9: CHEF DE PARTIE - nr WASHINGTON

• Chef de partie in the Washington area, this is a fresh food kitchen, due to the location, own transport is required.
