Job Description
This position is one of two maintenance supervisors reporting directly to the Chief of Maintenance. Key operations include administration/public use buildings, campgrounds and employees' quarters, paved and unpaved backcountry roads, wooden bridges and paved trails and boardwalks, water/wastewater treatment plant, public water systems, water and sewer lines, road and trail signs. Additionally, this position oversees maintenance for the district's vehicle and heavy equipment fleet.

Salisbury, MD, about 30 miles away, has a university, a large hospital, shopping and restaurants. Summers are hot and humid, with high temperatures commonly in the 90's. Winters are mild with little snow and daytime temperatures usually above freezing
