Director Project Development Italy (m/w/d)

Position Overview At hep, we develop, build and operate long-term solar parks and PV rooftop systems at selected locations worldwide. At the same time, we design and manage alternative investment funds that invest in the respective phases of the solar project. Together, we are already working today for a better tomorrow. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Solar PV Project Development to spearhead our efforts in expanding our solar project portfolio in Italy . Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the energy sector, with a focus on renewable energy project development At least 5 years of experience in the Polish renewable energy market, with a strong understanding of local regulations and market dynamics Proven track record of successfully developing and executing solar PV projects from conception to commissioning Demonstrated experience in business development, with a talent for identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build relationships with diverse stakeholders Duties and Responsibilities Lead the development of solar PV projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's project pipeline Assess and develop Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) business opportunities in alignment with company goals Build and manage a high-performing local team, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives Cultivate strategic partnerships with stakeholders across the renewable energy sector Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy J-18808-Ljbffr
