Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, S.N.G. Salvatore Naldi Group S.r.l. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. Responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and manage the hotel's daily operations (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B). Implement and improve organizational processes to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction. Monitor compliance with chain quality standards. Provide customer support and handle guest requests or complaints. Manage, train, and motivate the hotel team. Develop and implement business strategies to increase profitability and ensure long-term success by analyzing performance and monitoring budgets and cost control. Ensure regular maintenance and safety compliance, collaborating with department heads to meet all safety regulations. Oversee all hotel operations with particular attention to the Food & Beverage department. Requirements: Significant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, especially in complex, high-end hotels and chains. Strong competence and passion for human resource development. Team management. Business development. Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a significant plus during the selection process. High proficiency with essential IT tools and applications.
