Real Estate Lawyer

Our client, an elite US law firm, is looking for a commercial real estate lawyer to join the team for a interim period. This hire is to assist the team with an influx of work. Details of the role include:

• Pure property work, e.g producing a large volume of Certificates on Title etc.
• Prominent hotel and leisure developments, acquisitions, re-brandings, investments and portfolio deals.
• Work across the UK and European markets.

They are looking for:

• An associate of 5 years PQE +
• Someone who can start within a few weeks
• Excellent understanding of commercial real estate.
• Ideally a few years practicing in England and Wales at a top city practice.
