If either of these applies to you, check out this opportunity, working the overnight shift as a Radiologic Technologist at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a small team, while honing your skills in an environment where you will have some degree of autonomy.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to encounter and provide care to those including: Trauma One, Burn and Pediatric patients. The work may be challenging, but will provide an excellent opportunity to learn, collaborate and grow with a small team, all while propelling your career forward.

This position works three (3), twelve (12) hour shifts weekly on Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 7:00PM – 7:30AM.

While the work opportunity is excellent for a person looking to advance their career or to get their foot in the door, this position will also be compensated well and provide an opportunity to work in an excellent location.   • Relocation: This position is eligible for relocation assistance for those moving from outside the area
  • Base Wage: $38.50 - $55.06 per hour, with consideration to related work experience and internal equity
  • Shift Differential: evening - $2.50 /hr, night - $4.30 /hr, weekend - $3.00 /hr

The Radiologic Technologist performs ionizing radiographic and fluoroscopic exams in a variety of environments, according to physician's orders, utilizing knowledge and judgment in regard to exposure factors, imaging technique and patient care.

Responsibilities:

IMAGING: Provides quality images with accuracy and efficiency, using optimal skills and knowledge of all equipment.

DOCUMENTATION: Gathers complete documentation of all pertinent information to provide accurate and timely service to customers.

PERSONAL & PATIENT CARE AND SAFETY: Provides for personal and patient care and safety using professional judgment in accordance with written standards so there is no injury to self or others.

PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR: Practices professional communications, appearance, conduct, punctuality, attendance and attitude that lead to physician, patient and co-worker respect and confidence.



Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology school or program.

Skills/Knowledge:

Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.

Current applicable state license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology required.

Registered Radiological Technologist A.R.R.T. (R) required.

AHA BLS/CPR Certification: Personnel providing direct care in patient care and diagnostic areas are required to acquire and maintain BLS/CPR certification.

USD $38.50 - USD $55.06 /Hr.
