WORKING 40 HOURS PER WEEK ACROSS 5 DAYS (NOT SUNDAYS)

£32,000 - £38,000 PER ANNUM

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a MOT Tester to join our well-established client based in Cambridge on a full-time permanent basis.

Day to Day Duties

Carrying out inspections to judge vehicle road worthiness
Following Ministry of Transport and DVSA test guidelines
Fitting brakes and exhausts
Fitting new tyres
Replacing seatbelts
Checking vehicle oil levels and filters
Replacing cam belts and clutches
Cleaning vehicle inspection bays
Carrying out vehicle quality control checks
Recording vehicle emission test results
Scheduling annual MOT training sessions
Maintaining personal MOT training logs

Essential Skills

Must have a full Driving Licence with no more than nine points
Team player willing to assist in workshop carrying out light vehicle maintenance, when not performing MOTs
